Impak ICC…

Aku pernah ditanya apakah impak ICC selain dari penjimatan masa, kos , tenga kerja dan lain-lain faedah yang ketara…soalan yang 
cukup bagus dari seorang pengarah yang aku respect dari organisasi kerajaan yang mahu melihat impak pelaksanaan ICC selain dari yang disebutkan di atas… katanya lagi kalau swasta boleh nampak jelas impak ICC tetapi sektor kerajaan …impaknya terlalu subjektif.

dekat 18 tahun lebih aku tak pernah buang misai…tak tahu boleh terbuang secara tak sengaja mlm tadi… kacau.. !! nasib aku cuti 4 hari mulai esok !!.. harap cepat tumbuh balik…Geng pejabat ..usah harap tengok aku licin..next week garenti lebat balik…hu!hu!hu!

Kenapa tak gunakan STRATIFIKASI .. aku masih cakap ia adalah tergolong dalam 7 Basic Qc Tools..walaupun setengah Sifu ICC kata 
STARATIFIKASI bukan Tools tetapi TEKNIK….
Contoh kes :
Data yang dikutip menunjukkan berlakunya defect pada produk …sebanyak 500 aduan defect diterima secara purata sebulan dan produk terpaksa direject atau buat semula ( re work).. kesan pada masalah menyebabkan tuntutan waranty tinggi dari pelanggan, kos rework dan macam-macam kos terpaksa di tanggung oleh syarikat.
BOD bermesyuarat dan meminta masalah berkenaan di selesaikan.

SCAMPER your way to greater innovation

One of the most popular creativity methods in my Ideas Workshop is SCAMPER. It is a productive and versatile technique for generating innovative ideas for your product or service. It forces you to look at your offering from seven different perspectives. SCAMPER is an acronym and you ask the following types of question when you use this tool:
• Substitute: What elements of this product or service can we substitute?
• Combine: How can we combine this with other products or services?
• Adapt: What idea from elsewhere can we alter or adapt?
• Maximize or minimize: How can we greatly enlarge or greatly reduce any component?
• Put to other use: What completely different use can we have for our product?
• Eliminate: What elements of the product or service can be eliminated?
• Rearrange or reverse: How can we rearrange the product or reverse the process?

Bersama Ema, pelatih praktikal UiTM Dungun…. Aku melakukan Pra Audit QE di sebuah jabatan kerajaan. Hampir setengah hari, aku membuat teguran demi teguran kerana orga
nisasi berkenaan juga turut memohon untuk persijilan QE pada 12 April 2010 ni.
Keputusannya, aku kata ..lupakan Persijilan QE dalam masa terdekat..kerana perlaksanaan QE nye terlalu jauh untuk diaudit persijilan…. iklas pandangan aku.
