Keunikan Amalan 5S atau QE  ini  jika diamalkan akan melibatkan semua orang ..tiada yang terkecuali termasuk Pengurusan Atasan… kalau seorang dua  staff yang berdegil berada dalam sebuah unit atau jabatan..lama kelamaan tetap akan buat sekurang-kurang  kemaskan tempat kerjanya sendiri ..sebab malu dengan orang lain yang telah lama mengamalkanya.

Se lagi…aktiviti ini menyebabkan rasa cemburu antara individu, unit atau jabatan yang terlibat… untuk arah kebaikan..tak semestinya  cemburu itu tak bagus!!.. cemburu mnyebabkan setiap unit atau jabatan akan sentiasa menjaga kebersihan, mencari idea penambahbaikan supaya sentiasa ke depan…..  kalau boleh paling hebat berbanding unit lain.

Kat office aku… kami berlumba Jamban siapa paling effisyen dengan sistemnya…paling bersih..dan paling lawa..!!!..soalan yang kerap aku tanya bila ada lawatan dari orang luar…Jamban lelaki ke..? atau Jamban Perempuan..? paling OK..???..kah!kah!..staff perempuan kat office aku mesti geram… sebab Jamban Lelaki  sentiasa ke depanggg..!!

Disini aku sertakan  Garis Panduan Amalan 5S – JPA, Malaysia yang boleh pembaca  jadikan panduan kalau tak ambil consultant untuk melaksanakanya…. tapi banyak jugak melalui pengalaman aku yang panggil semula consultant untuk buat balik Amalan ini  walaupun telah dimulakan oleh consultant dalaman??..mengapa..?? ..LU FIKIRLAH SENDIRI BRO..!!!
