Projek ICC untuk difikirkan bersama…. siri # 11.

Kenapa tak  gunakan STRATIFIKASI .. aku masih cakap ia adalah tergolong dalam 7 Basic  Qc Tools..walaupun setengah Sifu ICC kata STARATIFIKASI bukan Tools tetapi  TEKNIK….

Contoh kes :

Data yang dikutip menunjukkan berlakunya defect pada produk …sebanyak 500 aduan defect diterima secara purata sebulan  dan produk terpaksa direject atau buat semula ( re work).. kesan pada masalah menyebabkan tuntutan waranty tinggi dari pelanggan, kos rework  dan macam-macam kos terpaksa di tanggung oleh syarikat.

BOD bermesyuarat dan meminta masalah berkenaan di selesaikan.

Grp ICC ditubuhkan dan lahirkan tajuk “ Defect yang tinggi di produk bernama X”

Aku nak ghabor ..sebelum tajuk ditentukan, maka  lebih baik  Data defect di Stratifikasikan kan terlebih dahulu. STRATIFIKASI yang sesuai adalah mengikut jenis Defect.. seperti calar, kemek, bocor, dan lain-lain jenis defect serta ambil  data kekerapanya dan peratusanya.

Dari  STATIFIKASI mengikut jenis yang telah dibuat.. data defect akan dapat disusun mengikut keutamaan atau ranking. ,, maknanya kita lebih fokus pada  jenis defect yang paling tinggi. ..katakanlah calar menyumbang kepada 300 kes daripada jumlah keseluruhan defect  iaitu 500 kes secara purata sebulan.

Senang Bro..!! tajuk projek anda sekarang adalah “ Peningkatan  produk x calar yang tinggi”… impak projek adalah sama iaitu tuntutan waranty yang tinggi daripada pelanggan, kos rework yang tinggi dan lain-lain kos yang terlibat Cuma lebih fokus kepada kes calar sahaja.

Rajah Isikawa yang dibentuk di kepalanya adalah “ Peningkatan produk x calar yang tinggi” bukannya “ Defect yang tinggi di produk jenama X”

.. Bukan itu sahaja… brainstorming pun tak perlu buat Bro.!!.. sebab tajuk telah ditentukan melalui minit BOD… hu!hu!hu!

Apa pun cara mudah…nak buat projek KIK
1. Buat Barainstorming dan senarai pendek masalah disokong dengan data dan pilih masalah yang paling kritikal pd jabatan anda.
2. Lihat teguran audit ISO di unit anda , pilih berdasarkan teguran yang dibuat. Kalau ada lebih drp 1 teguran, pilih yang paling kritikal.
3. Based on mesyuarat Jabtan anda… ketua Jabatan mensyorkan tajuk berdasarkan kepentingan dan kritikalnya untuk diselesaikan. Dalam kes seperti ini , tak perlu buat brainsotorming.
